Lise Lecointre (France)

I am Associate Professor and Hospital Practitioner in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Strasbourg University Hospital. My work is primarily focused on gynecologic oncology surgery, a field that requires both precision and dedication. I am deeply committed to advancing surgical techniques and improving patient outcomes, particularly for women facing complex oncological conditions.
In addition to my surgical practice, I also specialize in colposcopy, a crucial diagnostic procedure in the early detection and management of cervical pathologies. This aspect of my work allows me to be involved in both preventive and therapeutic care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive treatment adapted to their needs. My role in colposcopy also extends to teaching and mentoring young medical professionals, helping them develop their skills in this essential area of gynecology.
Beyond my clinical responsibilities, I am actively involved in research and academic activities, contributing to the ongoing evolution of gynecological oncology. In our center, we have established national and international collaborations by participating in studies aimed at improving surgical approaches, understanding disease progression and improving patient care protocols.
