General instructions

1. Submitting an abstract

The abstract should be no longer than 250 words. Your abstract must be submitted in English.

It should be structured as follows:
Objective
Methods
Results
Conclusion

Do not repeat the title, authors or paragraph headings: they will be automatically included in your abstract.

You can submit several abstracts.

You must enter the role and affiliation of each author in the list of authors. Please note that the person indicated as the correspondent at the time of submission will receive all correspondence.

Once you’ve started a submission, you can save your progress and continue later before submitting. Just make sure you come back to finish and submit your abstract before the deadline. Incomplete submissions will not be considered by the Scientific Program Committee.

Once you have registered your submission with the status “Final submission”, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your submission has been received.

We remind you that the author undertakes that the abstract, once accepted, will be presented and that it will no longer be possible to withdraw it or request its deletion.

Authors submitting accepted abstracts must register for the conference. Early Bird” registration: until January 30, 2026 on the IFCPC Paris 2026 website.

For each abstract submitted, you will be asked to provide a conflict of interest declaration for each author.

2. Abstract type

The timing of presentations will be determined at the discretion of the scientific committee. Abstracts will be grouped into sessions according to the category selected by the submitter in the online system.

Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference either :
As a 5-minute oral presentation followed by a 2-minute question-and-answer session with the audience
In the form of an electronic poster with a maximum 5-slide presentation with oral commentary in English only, lasting a maximum of 3 minutes.

You can add one or more authors (maximum 10). Only the name of the presenting author will appear in the final conference program. All co-authors’ names will be published as submitted.

Please proofread your abstract carefully before submission to ensure that it is accurate, with no spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections will be accepted after the submission deadline. IFCPC does not accept responsibility for errors in abstract publication.
